Brockville General Hospital provides services at three locations:

• Charles Street site 
• Front Avenue Resource Centre
• Strowger Boulevard site

Charles Street site

The Brockville General Charles Street site is located at 75 Charles St.

On this campus, we offer full acute care services, including:

• Ambulatory clinics
• Complex Medical Management
• Diagnostic Imaging, including CT scan, electrocardiography (ECG), echocardiogram, ultrasound and stress testing
• Emergency Department
• Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Medical units
• Mental health services, including the inpatient mental health program and the crisis team
• Ontario breast screening clinic
• Palliative Care
• Rehabilitation services
• Restorative Care
• Surgical services, including day surgery
• Spiritual Care
• Women and Children's Program

Front Avenue Resource Centre

The Front Avenue Resource Centre is located at 25 Front Ave. W. Suite 4. Hospital services offered from this site include:

• Assertive community treatment (ACT)
• Outpatient program

Strowger Boulevard site

The Strowger Boulevard site is located at 100 Strowger Boulevard. Programs and services include:

• Assault Response and Care Centre (ARCC)
